При закрытом порте 389/tcp, привведении winXP в домен поялвялсь ошибка "Указанный сервер не может выполнить требуемую операцию", в %systemroot%\debug\netsetup.log записывались следующие сообщения об ошибке:

Решилось полным открытием файервола. Имеются подозрение на порт 1026/tcp
